PMI Coal Creek is locally owned and independently operated. We are a franchise of Property Management, Inc. that has been perfecting and changing the property management industry for over 20 years.
John and AdriAnn have been married for almost twenty years and have worked together since they met in 1999. Originally from the midwest, the Rodes relocated to unincorporated Boulder County in Coal Creek Canyon in 2020.
John and AdriAnn have owned and managed several residential properties. AdriAnn has a master’s degree in business administration and is a licensed real estate broker. John has over 25 years experience managing facility and team operations.
The Rodes started their business in property management and real estate based on their passion and knowledge of the field as real estate investors and property managers. In their free time, John and AdriAnn enjoy spending time with family and friends. They also love to explore the beautiful state of Colorado by hiking, camping, skiing, and snowboarding.
Randall built and runs the comprehensive online and in-person PMI training platform, and has personally trained over 200 aspiring entrepreneurial franchisees. A serial real estate entrepreneur himself, he has owned and operated many industry-related businesses in the areas of property management, realty brokerage, investment, and land development. Prior to PMI, Randall developed and taught a real estate lecture series, and was a sales trainer for a Fortune 500 company. Randall has a degree in mathematics from Brigham Young University. A message Randall often shares with those he teaches is that “Failing forward is the quickest way to success”.
